CVR supported the organization of the First International Sustainable Watershed Management (SuWaMa) Conference that was held in Istanbul from 19^th to 23^rd September 2011.

Under the “Decision support tools” theme, CVR gave an overview of the developed DSSs for inland and coastal waters management. Moreover, a 3 days training course on the MODELKEY DSS (supporting the WFD implementation) was planned in the week before the conference.
